Return Processing

At Jointlook.us, we strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you're eligible for a return as per the product’s return policy mentioned on the product page, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Initiate the Return Request: Send an e-mail to helpusa@jointlook.us with details of the product/products you wish to return, within the designated return window.

2. Receive RMA and Instructions: Upon receiving your return request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and initiate the return process. A return shipping label will be sent to you for your convenience.

3. Packaging and Labeling: Please repack the product in its original packaging (box, tags, and labels intact) as you received it. Paste the return shipping label we provided.

4. Returning the Package: Drop-off Option: Drop off the package at any nearby UPS, USPS, or FedEx location. Pickup Option: If you prefer, we can arrange for a pickup through our courier partner as per the terms and conditions. Once the package is sent or picked up, you can track its status with the provided Air Waybill (AWB) number.

5. Product Condition: Please ensure that all products are unused, and that labels, barcodes, and packaging are intact.

7. Tracking the Return: Use the AWB shipment number from your return receipt to track the status of your return.

At Jointlook.us, all returns are processed on receipt of return/exchange requests. If the payment is made with a credit card, it will be refunded to that account. If the payment was made through debit card, it will be refunded to the same account. For credit card accounts, the time taken for refunds to reflect in respective accounts varies from bank to bank. However, Jointlook.us will send an e-mail after processing a refund to your account.
