What to Expect We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at GFTX Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire alarm systems, as well as other fire protection systems such as sprinklers and special hazards equipment. The technician will ensure that all systems are compliant with local codes, regulations, and company standards. What You’ll Do Installation: Install and configure fire alarm systems and components within the facility, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory requirements Perform routine inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, and special hazards equipment to ensure systems are operational and compliant Diagnose issues and repair faulty fire alarm systems, sprinklers, or special hazard systems.
